After studying Fashion Design I worked very sucessfully for many years for the best known Brands in Germany like Joop!, Hugo Boss, Streness Blue, Marc OPolo and also some other companies. I travelled the world and worked in many countries for these jobs.

After giving birth to my daughter my priorities changed completely. I did not want to work fulltime anymore. I started painting and discovered a new way to express myself. Since than I am obsessed to create every day.

The female presence is the major focal point in my work. I paint and draw Women of all different countries, religions and ethnics. I am so impressed by the woman-being because they are the real every day heroes.

Once I read a quote which described in detail what I think about a women.

What a hero does for his nation – every woman does everyday for her family.

But no one writes books about them, no one even takes note of what is happening day by day.

Everyday I need to work very hard to get technically better and to find my very own style because simply I am not talented. But what I feel about making art shows me that it is not a choise to be an artist and you have to learn and just simply do it.
